2 scoops Ultimate Muscle Protein (vanilla) from Beverly
1 frozen banana (cut up prior to freezing)
small amount of honey
tastes like a banana milkshake

Kefir has different 'bacterias' than yogurt and is supposedly better than yogurt. The icelandic yogurt seems to be just like Greek yogurt but WAY too expensive IMO. I've made my own Greek style yogurt using Kefir and/or yogurt as an "activator". Not sure the health content on that. I've found I like all of the Greeks 0% plain except Greek Gods and Yoplait. Actually, I don't think Yoplait can even be considered a Greek yogurt since they add crap to it.
Good = Chobani, Fage, Oikos, Brown Cow, Dannon, Trader Joes
Never had goats milk yogurt.

All yogurts are terrible in my opinion. Most people can't even handle milk due to it's lactose, let alone fermented milk which has not only lactose but galactose as well. And it's not even that good for your colon health either, since most of the beneficial bacteria get killed by the hydrochloric acid in the stomach before reaching the intestines.
