helping and it makes me drowsy as fuck, so i cannot take it at work
they just got me some Tramadol because it is supposed to not make
me drowsy

i got fucking edgy as hell...super aggressive, any little thing fucking set
me off in a rage....just ridiculous aggression...cannot even explain it, i have
always had a short fuse, but fuck, this stuff doesn't do me well
-
Knocked me out when I was given it in hospital.

im curious about tramadol as well, its availible to me, and my back is in pain like a guy, but i dont want to be drowsy, and i want to be able to workout on the stuff,
anyone use it and workout?
-
I've taken it. Mild narcotic effect without withdrawal
Gave me an energy boost & made me feel a bit euphoric.
Thank god I don't have addictive personality
-
can you workout on it/ or does it makes you feel high? and uncoordinated
-
Tramadol is synthetic codeine, and I've found it to be an extremely effective painkiller, much better than vicodin or percoset. "They" say it doesn't make you feel high like vics or percs, but I don't think thats true.
-
does it kill pain though?

I have a long term script for tramadol for knee pain.
I don't really have knee pain anymore but continue to take it because:
1. I am addicted, I cannot stop taking it. I can go through the day just fine, but when it comes to night time and I try to sleep I get VERY bad withdrawal. Feels like anxiety and bugs crawling all over my body. So for that reason I keep taking it. I also want to add, that I've never smoked weed or done any kind of rec drug. I've also had large doses of narcotic painkillers following surgery and never got addicted to that stuff. Tramadol is dangerous stuff because there are no side effects while taking it, so there is really no reason for you to want to stop. I take it for the lift in mood that it gives me, not for pain purposes.
2. Doesn't do much for pain, but puts me in a good mood. Just makes you happy but not loopy. If you research online, there are many people taking this stuff in place of an anti-depressant. Works great for that purpose. Virtually no side effects and it makes you just overall happy and want to talk/associate with others.
3. The mild pain relief is good for training, allows you to push harder while working out.
Doctors prescribe this stuff because it's marketed as not addictive, but the reality is it's just as addictive as the narcotic painkillers and the withdrawal symptoms are just as tough to fight.
Hope this helps

thank you, that does help
-
just dont drink alcohol with this or youll have a ceasure like my girlfriend did

I did some research on it a while back when I got a script for it and apparently when you get really addicted to it the withdrawals are second to that of heroine, no joke. People who had to come off both at some point said that tramadol is almost just as bad as heroine when coming off. It's also really easy to get addicted to.

Yep, it's no joke. Just goes to show how STUPID doctors are. Mine would not give me percocet unless I got an MRI on my knee because it's an addictive narcotic. Yet he hands me tramadol like its aspirin. If he did only the slightest bit of research outside of what the manufacturer says, he would know it's just as addictive.

Popular drug in sweden just to use, not for the painkiller purpose or anything just for the "high" or whatever and apparently addictive as fuck.
Fuck that.
-
i don't feel a fucken thing from tramadol

I tried it a few times and it made all my muscles really tight and training wasn't optimal. Maybe it was just my body chemistry but this drug can and will cause seizures if overdosed. I know a couple of guys who've had many seizures due to abusing it recreationally. They stack it with high doses of benzos to ward off the seizures but it doesn't always seem to help.
It also made me really depressed after only taking it one or two days. It boosts serotonin and I guess there's a drop when it wears out. It's sort of a stimulant IME while also making you loopy.
I don't know if the tabs are classified as narcotics but I know tramadol powder is here in Sweden. Guys were buying powder and abusing it. Laws were changed.

didn't do much for me

Dr. prescribed it for my separated shoulder. It did nothing for the pain, so I asked the Dr. for something he different. He said take two, which put me to sleep. I know to demand something better if I ever need pain meds again.

true, i have many friends who are hooked up on tramadol and spend maybe 3-4000kr a month on it. it gives you a really good wellbeing but you DONT want to get hooked on it. the withdraval last for atleast a week.
