Title: Anyone here keep track of their daily fiber intake?

Just curious...is there some recommended amount one should be getting?

doesnt matter so much for muscle gaining. overall benefits yes.

It's funny that you mention that. Muscle gain/bodybuidling=nothing to do with health.  ;D

As I've gotten older yes...In my early 20s hell no what for...31 one now and while I don't monitor it daily, I ensure I eat foods that keep things moving daily...Alot more veggies and fruits now than I ever did and alot less protein.

1-2 tsp of benefiber with every shake i drink.....and i drink a lot of shakes....
