I'd like to take credit but it wasn't really one of my original ideas that you have to eat less to lose fat

Your starting to grow on me, your like the fat slow dumb kid thats always late for the bus and can't run to catch up.

For someone who's never gone hungry/dieted before

you're in for a big shock. It's amazing how calorie restriction can affect you mentally.

Dieting hits me hard. Terrible mood swings, overanalyzing everything, no libido, feel the cold due to metabolic slowdown.

I'm miserable as hell when dieting. But then again, I can't do a steady calorie defecit over 20 weeks.

I need results, so I cut my cals far too low, under 1500 per day

Uhm, WLDP have the same problem as any other diet. You are in a state of starvation (negative caloric intake)...no method will ever change that.
