when it comes to conditioning, and getting dry and grainy black have a hard time,they tend to carry more water
they also have a hard time when it comes to calves (some dont)
personally , i find a lot of black bodybuilders boring cause they all look very similar, with white bodybuilders, there is a wide difference in looks and bodytypes

yeh, its an odd paradox, in bodybuilding , the success of so many black bodybuilders, in some regards, has actaully hurt black bodybuilders financially
because well over 95% of bodybuilding fans, the people buying the supplements, posting on boards, going to shows, and reading th e magazines.............ar e all white
and the fans identify more with white bodybuilders, cause they are white themselves
plus, like i said, black bodybuilder all look very similar to one another, they all have very similar proportions and shape...........which hurts them, cause the magazines and supplement companies like people who bring new unique looks to the table

Every black guy I've ever met is usually fit as fuck, but got nothing special just average genetics, with loads of hard work. There well rounded so they do all have a simliar look. It's not like with white folk were very few take shit seriously, you have mostly divisions, perma bulkers that look like shit, little twinks, ego lifters, roid fiends that hardly train etc. White people do shit half assed, blacks usually are well rounded. It has little to do with genetics in my opinion much more to do with culture.

Lol we got like 100 in total :D, but they all play sports, you can't be an out of shape black man, you'd never get any mudsharks up here. You gotta play sports constantly, and you must be a dj or know one. It's really funny, but you start to understand why everyone thinks blacks are some sort of musician/machine.

Agreed. I'm 100% Italian and my wife is black. My son doesn't train, but he has potential. His only problem is that he's just 5'5. He's got good proportions though.You can't tell his height in pics unless he's standing next to his taller friends. He's thin but naturally muscular. Naturally wide shoulders and calves too! :D

The standard white bber has a 40" waist, 20" arms, much wider frame...usually, and more good calves can be found.

Then there is my dad, who looks like James Evans and has 19 inch calves and never trained them...
And tell your son, he's like me...5'5 and effed in the height department...so the best mix isn't Italian/black ;D

Because Africa is so diverse, there are also more extremes - so you're more likely to find genetically extremely gifted people for one sports or another. Africans (Africans living in Africa - not people of African origin, who often tend to be coastal West African for historical reasons) are however often missing the opportunity or the means to train for or participate in high level sports. Look at Kenyan Marathon runners - it is not always the most talented people from the Kenyan highlands who make it to the Olympics, but the ones who can find the means to train and travel. Many of them are ex military, as the Kenyan army provides "opportunities to train" by making them run behind trucks all the time...
When it comes to people of African origin in the Western Hemisphere, there has been some involuntary selection - as only the strongest and fittest survived the journey and the "jobs" that were awaiting them - so no surprise that this subset of the African genetic pool tends to be good at putting on muscle.

Just because they got dark skin don't mean their black. Dark skinned frizzy hared people can be found in australia, phillopines south india. And it's not because there recent common ancestry is the same. People were all black with frizzy hair. Eurasians mutated pale skin, and spread it around the world.
Point is look up San bushmen, notice the oriental looking features, than look pgymies in kameroon(another sub races all together), ethiopians,white berbers(with zero arab blood) or blacks berbers, sudanese blacks. There facial features all differ dramtically much more so than Europeans. Infact from an ancestry point of view all asians/american's/and europeans share some very common ancestors. I remember reading a book about race a while back that spoke about everything you posted here. Great post. "Race" has more to do with blood types than any superficial external appearances. Are you xerses gimmick regardless I think it's pretty much common sense to anyone that can read. Why this scares people so much is beyond me. I'm blatantly dyslexic but can still manage to read a book once ayear.
