Why coach for two scrub orgs when you can coach for the Yankees of football....And I hate the fucking cowboys... The talent is there though (although Romo is not really an elite QB). The other teams need some serious rebuilding especially Carolina...

That stadium just went from 90,000 a game attendance to 40,000 real quick, how much longer before Jerry Jones has to file chapter 11 and sell that billion dollar stadium that can no longer pay for itself.... they will be renting that thing out on sundays for rodeos, monster truck rallys and dog shows

what really funny, is contrasting the mood in Dallas right now at the very end of the Phillips era.............when you contrast that with the arrogant unbridled infinite optimism displayed just 2 short years ago during that series HBO did on the Cowboys during pre-season
there was an electricity in the air, they thought they were on the march......EVERYONE was SO sure a championship was just a short season or two away.....they were almost arrogant about it.......EVERYONE WAS SO SURE...........lovefest between Romo and Terrel, a new romance between Jerry Jones and Wade Phillips, Everyone loved each other, everyone had a smile on their face.............they REALLY went out of the way to show what a easygoing, progressive, un-authoratative coach phillips was............the future was SO bright .....it was the dawn of a new era in Dallas

as far as romo,,, when he 1st had his break and bobbled that snap to get in the playoffs cpl yrs bak,, that was a hint the he wasnt really that gr8,, especially, before he had to take start qb spot,,, he used to handle the kick snaps...

Why? Their record may not reflect it, but they are on the way up big time. Been competitive all year really and that's been with either a second year qb or a journeyman back up while Stafford has been hurt. Once Favre is gone, Minny will be in the cellar and Detroit and GB will run the NFC North. One will win the Division and the other will get in as a WC, but I think both will contend in the playoffs for the next five years or so after this season.
And the other poster is right, it's been pretty well discussed that Cowher is just waiting out the Carolina job for the last couple seasons. Now that his wife has passed, he will be back to coaching for sure to fill the void

I just asked a question.. but if you wanna go at it we can. first off. Blacks werent allowed to play football at that level.. They came in and TOOK the running back position. When given the chance and not institutionally (meaning its in the rules) excluded...Blacks perform.
