the reason I ask, is because i watched an episode of the fit show where Milos Sarcev was demonstrating this exercise on Marcelo Caraveo.
Marcelos did atleast 50 reps in a span of about 3 minutes like it was nothing.

nevermind, the guy is an obvious gimmick run by some gimmick specialist like alex23.
the real good gimmicks are registered a few years before they start trolling, make only a few hundred stupid comments or smiley posts before they start the action.
He's the same as tallgerman, same post style, same starting 20 new threads in a row and so on.

I'm not super strong but I have been training by the 5/3/1 principle for a longish time and Military Press are one of the 4 core excersises - so I think especially with MP you
get better the longer you do them - at least with me that is.

Maybe if you use your legs to cheat it up. Standing with good form is much harder.

Hmmmmm, i do them seated to take stress off my lower back and to focus more on delts, but 135 isn't much weight at all......and I'm not a monstah.....(insert comments here).....I actually consider 135 a warm-up set....... :-\

No it isn't - and I only use the legs to get it up over my head.
Sitting stricly with the back to the bench is of course harder - you don't need to be a Nazi rocket scientists to figure that out.

Most people can do more weight seated than standing because the bench stabilizes you by giving you something to press your back/legs against, which directs more of your effort to pressing the weight up rather than balancing yourself. If standing is easier then your form sucks imo. Surely others can chime in on this?

yup....sitting is easier.....I wouldn't do standing militaries, too much strain on your lower back for no real reason

No. I'm sick with the flu so no working out. :)
I don't normally do any warmup as I do shoulders directly after chest. I could prolly handle close to 20 seated reps on a good day. On a bad day, 10 reps perhaps.
