Title: Diet check

Hi guys just wanting you to run over my diet if you dont mind?  I dont normally work out my macros etc as im not dieting for a comp or anything at the moment just aiming to stay lean and grow right now.  My stats are 5,10" and 205lbs my bf is about 15%? (i can see outline of abs when i raise my arms)

my current diet is

meal 1
75g oats
50g whey
(5g glutamine,6g omega 3 fish oil, 2g vit c, multi vit, 15mg iron, 2g cod liver oil)

meal 2
6 whole eggs
2 slices of wholemeal toast


meal 3
120g tuna with mayo
2 slices of wholemeal toast

TRAIN
PWO shake(50g whey 5g glutamine, 5g creatine, & 75g dextrose)


meal 4
200g chicken
50g rice

meal 5
200g rump steak
50g rice

meal 6
300g cottage cheese
50g whey protein
250ml half fat milk
table spoon of natural peanut butter
5g glutamine
6g omega 3 fish oils

i would guess about270g (ish) protein

As i see it, looks like a mild "precontest" diet..

looks good to me but you can definately get away with eating more quantity and variety wise..
