That's from cuffing  his dummy too much while juicing and not working out, pumps up his dummy beater.

On a side not, the guy who beat him at the world arm wrestling thingy (Ali Khan from Pakistan) came to live in Saudi and is dominating the arm wrestling arena, he is 35+ I believe.

I thought about challenging him for fun but as injury prone as I am I knew I'd snap my arm, and as I would lose either way it wasn't really worth it.

He has a birth defect.  That is NOT from working out or armwrestling.  He has had it since a little kid
