Now I found out over a co worker that "she" was working with him in another company before and that "she" pretty much
was the biggest headache the company ever had.
What do?

keep a close eye on 'her' ...any problems in the workplace that arise, document and have 'her' sign...thus after a couple of times you can let go of 'her' with out repercussions...but document everything and even have 'her' sign stuff that says 'blah blah blah if this continues.... blah blah blah may be grounds for termination' ...well in America it works...

Be fair and treat it with respect.
If it fucks up discipline it. If it doesn't don't look for excuses to sack it. last thing you want is a gender discrimination case on your hand.
Also it will likely have a 12 week probationary period so be carful and keep youself covered.
