During chronic dehydration, the body will attempt to conserve water by preventing unnecessary water loss. A large amount of water is normally lost from the lungs as water vapor through expired air. Histamine, which also controls bronchial muscle contractions, may attempt to restrict water loss through expiration by constricting the bronchial muscles.
i beleive this is what happens to me and many others. ive always drank a gallon of water without trying but back in my true weigtlifting days i would sometimes go up to 3 gallons.
ive noticed sometimes during sex when im about to nut all of a sudden it seems like this brief constriction action happens in my lungs and scares the shit out of me because at that point my heart rate seems to get ahead of my breathing so then i try extra harder to breath in...this is what happens in a heart attack you have someone gasping for air then that heart muscle dies then they die so quickly
maybe this can help other people this is why i posted it. i think i carry such massive amounts of muscle without even trying yet i dont drink enough water
i think when i was younger i could get away with dehydration but now as the body matures and parts of the body mature , the effects of improper hydration are more noticable

latley ive been drinking a gallon or less while keeping active and still eating alot to keep homeostasis with my massive frame and muscles.
i beleive i need 3 gallons a day on a consistent basis
for you i recommend the food calendar since you are a beginner at this my friend

Bro I know how you feel. I went through about a year or two where I convinced myself I was gonna have a heart attack. I was abusing tren quite a bit and heavy opiates. My blood pressure would be at 150/80 just sitting there. I was a ticking time bomb. I was so paranoid I would go to walmart 2-3 times a day to check my pressure on one of those machines. I will never touch tren again. That shit is the devil. It took a good 6 months for the effects to completely clear. My blood pressure doesn't go higher then 125/80 now. I run quite a bit if I cycle it's test prop and primo something very light I never exceed over a gram of aas. I don't use opiates anymore. The high blood pressure was giving me chest pain. Bad chest pain. At 25 years old that's all I could think about. I had palpitations all that shit. I'm so glad to have my life back. I take fish oil, garlic, Hawthorne, and niacin just to keep myself healthy. I try to keep up with my cardio now. Im feeling amazing now.

damn bro thats alot of shit. all i did was smoke weed alot eventually it caught up to me, but i also theorize that the weed may have caused chronic dehydration since i smoked it for years. But i doubt ill even sample weed again, weed always acted on me like a stimulant giving me hyper as fuck energy but now since im at a higher muscle mass than ever my body cant handle it. Id rather just consume massive amounts of water and continue to eat what i want instead of chasing a buzz. I dont even drink, if i drink i get cracked and chafed lips so oh well fuck it. no buzz in life for me anymore, just eating and sexy time with my girl and jackin off to porn and learning as much as i can on the internet and doing a good job at work and being a productive citizen of society generating future ideas for our future falcon futures

After a bong hit I would feel like I was gonna die for a couple hours after. I think I damaged my heart a little bit because my heart rate had to have been insane high. I have always suffered from anxiety high strung. I will problalby die from heart issues hopefully not until im older.

your sign could by chance have something to do with it? even though i dont really beleive in astrology . im a water sign but i do know tht weed dehydrates the fuck out of you and floods your body with triglicerides thus not allowing proper oxygen flow

I was pissing yellow bubbly I was real dehydrated. Plus I couldn't shit because the opiates. Thank god I didn't die. I was into oxies real bad between the ages of 22-24. I'm clean no thank god.

We use IV replacement of fluid and electrolytes….we deal with dehydration everyday in oncology due to diarrhea and electrolyte destruction with chemo and radiation and when your plasma can not carry the efficient amount of oxygen to tissues, those tissues will die. Whether it is heart, kidney, liver, brain…it is all damaged.

its cool to have a dr. here , there is alot of negativity here but stay anyways just ignore them

It is completely dependent on the person's health....like yourself, normal tissue rebuilds fairly quickly...only tissue that will not repair themselves are nuero..
On a side note...to clear air...I am not a MD, I am a PHD in radiation physics.

I have not done a max set in years..the only thing I can give you, is I did 255 for 8 reps on incline barbell press, two nights ago.

You can actually drink to much water and dilute the amount of electrolytes like potassium which can cause a heart attack and low sodium that can cause brain damage. This is rare but it has happened to novices running a marathon who on the advice of people force water down. The medical term is called hyponatremia.

I've always thought one of the freakiest things bodybuilders do is the severe dehydration for a show. Even worse than the drugs.
