I mix up my beef and chicken intake!! What do you guy think for lean size?? I've got a good idea, just wondering about other peoples experiances!!

I prefer chicken to get lean. Fish even more.
Its hard for me to lean out on just beef as my protein source. And when i eat beef, i feel like it just sits in my stomach all day, hate that feeling.

I like them both equally - steak and chicken are pretty much the only meats I eat with a bit of fish thrown in every now and again for good measure.
Chicken is good during the day but there's nothing like coming home after a good workout in the evening and getting a steak down you.
