you can nto be 250 shredded only on steroids unless you are 6'3-6'4 but even they use gh ,,what you can accept on steroids is to be around 210  and single sigit to low doubles  or lower weight and size and less body fat

with out steroids ,, for 5'9,, 175-180 8-10% with "good genetics",, thats where you stop advancing naturally ,,truly naturally

but im on t3 and gh and slin and aas --- sooooo i have to back what he says :)

But god says 180 at 8-10%, in my own personal experience there is a HUGE difference btw 7% and 10%
