Guys, i'm natty, so i don't really do prohormones etc.
Looking for a supp that will give me a boost. Anyone using anything right now that is upping strength etc?

IMO, plain jane caffiene pills on an empty stomach, 20 min before your pre workout meal, is a staple. As you know, it's a stimulant. Only downer, is that you get used to it, meaning your tolerence levels go up, you gotta take a week off here and there.
