Why is Obama's 2 years left out? I dare anyone to state and provide SUPPORTING FACTS that the economy was better under Carter than under Reagan.

Too bad that bar graph doesn't give the whole story.

Very true.  What was the Debt vs GDP ratio? How much assets did every dollar of debt buy? What was it buying? Tax receipts? Saying it leaves everything out is and doesn't tell any of the story is putting it lightly. One could say that this is a stupid, shallow, pointless and idiotic thread....and one would be completely correct.

Just looking at debt alone is like just looking at share price alone of the company.  You're not getting the full picture.
