Alright here goes live close to my gym, always just waited to walk home and shower. However would like to be able to go to gym between classes. So does showering at the gym actually work. I mean it takes me a while too cool down. Or should I just wait a bit before showering.

I shower after trianing and as I shower gradually turn the water cooler so that I cool down and am not all hot and stuffy when I go back to work.

On a Saturday though I bring my car to the gym and park at the end of the street so sometimes just shower when I get home.

I workout at home so no shower issues here. A power rack, bench and 700+lbs of free weights. Too time consuming to head down to a gym. I'm lucky if I have 5 min a day free as it is.

Well I live within walking distance of the gym I go to, so I don't have to worry about putting on clean clothes or getting in a car, I just walk back here and shower.

i just wear sweats and put the same ones back on w/t-shirt over my workout shirt.....helluva lot better than the nasty gym showers.

Haha, at my gym people will (or used to; it just closed) often use the toilet without flushing it. I am not sure what sort of mental disorder you need to engage in this behavior but I hope I never have it.

I don't mind showering at the gym if all the guys act straight and normal.
But most gym showers are full of perverts and total homos looking for a hookup. So it's kinda awkward. That's how it is on the west coast in the US at least. Lots of dudes just staring right at you and staring right at your dick and stuff like that.

As long as you bring a pair of flip flops and an extra towel, you should be fine.
I love showering after a long workout. I usually go in the Sauna for a good 3-5 minute and then shower.
Good way to sneak a peak at what the bros are packing. You guys would be amazed if you saw the amount of straight men I catch scoping out other men's cocks.
