Ok that was an rounded average of ten Speedtests dude using Tmobiles HSPA. Or what they call 4G...

it was like 3.635678498 MB per second

I capped it lower and lower till it quit disconnecting.  What does that mean, bad router?

Try resetting your modem then router, in that order.

I've done that, tried just about everything.  All I can figure is that I've got a bad router?  ???

However, as you know a lot of time it uses 3g speeds....

However, i have have actually hit a 6+MG during a speedtest

I just got the phone and i'm going to keep it....

Certainly not what you claim.  Your'e claiming roughly 30 mbit/s.  I doubt any carrier is capable of doing that inside the us.  I heard of somewhere in canada fooling around with 24.

I was claiming  like a 3-4 Mbps average

I have hit almost 7 once...

However, speeds are anywhere from 1-6 Mbps

Not sure if anyone has hit that from a phone.  I'm on tmobile in atlanta and the highest I've hit is 5.27.  Had to be a dick to you btw.
