I know, people hate it when I point this shit out, but you have to admit, their timing and wording is simply amazing... Over the years I have many times pointed out how statements from "Al Qaeda" seemed to be perfectly released at moments the government needed it most. And often with wording that made critics of the administration to appear aligned with the terrorists or with wording that perfectly backed up the government position of the week. But almost always with timing and wording that seems interntionally to help the government, which is odd to say the least... Many of these statements in the past were of course released by, "Adam Pearlman"
Isn't it amazing the way "Al Qaeda" always seems to pop up right when the government needs them most? Now, the ever mysterious "Al Qaeda," has just conveniently taken credit for the recession and bashed the TSA's new screening procedures.
ABC News reports:
Printer bombs planted on two cargo flights last month cost only a few thousand dollars and were intended to affect the American economy, according to a newly published Al Qaeda-affiliated magazine.
The attempt was called "Operation Hemorrhage," boasted the magazine, and the entire plot cost al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, or AQAP, only $4,200.
Yesterday, a special edition of Inspire magazine -- an English-language propaganda publication produced by AQAP -- gave a detailed description of how the attempted attack was conceived and produced. [...]
The magazine also revealed the attack was not meant to kill more than the plane's pilot and co-pilot, and was meant to force the U.S. government to spend billions of dollars on preventive security screening measures. [...]
"This may represent a new level of interaction by jihadi groups following an operation and is a far cry from the days of shadowy claims and questions as to who was actually responsible."
The magazine also mocked preventive measures taken by Western governments after the attempted attack: "The British government said that if a toner weighs more than 500 grams it won't be allowed on board a plane. Who is the genius who came up with this suggestion? Do you think that we have nothing to send but printers?"
How wonderfully convenient. I guess we might as well cancel that whole "opt-out" day against the TSA's new molestation procedures, after all, "Al Qaeda" is criticizing the TSA screenings too, you're not with "Al Qaeda," are you?
We all need to just submit to the government and their wonderful "love pats" at the airport, only "Al Qaeda" would criticize our blessed preventive security screening measures, you're not with "Al Qaeda," are you?
Good, now get back in that security line and thank the government for their blessed QE2!

the Pieces of this Story are just falling into place...
It's like the movie Pulp fiction...
Are American's really this fucking stupid..?

But is this enough to stem the onslaught of criticism of the scanners?
I would think an event, death and or destruction would seal the deal.
-
Michael savage just said that the ceo of the scanner companies attended the india trip alongside w obama.
Ill dig out the details later.

Classic, i figured this was what it was, some company pandering.

I posted a thread earlier about the millions spent loddying for these things. Check it out.

dang, people use to get furious at me when I posted this stuff in the past... I expected to be barbecued for bringing it up ;D

no, it wasn't enough to stop criticism of the last admin either, but it no doubt aided in keeping the onslaught from growing. I imagine a lot of people don't want to have opinions which seem to reflect aspects of the latest statement from Al Qaeda... It's just amazing that the timing of these statements went perfectly with past "onslaughts of criticism" A matter that I've been paying attention to for a long time.

America's propaganda forces at work. :D Makes you wonder how many "statements" fail to be selected or are stored away for future use.
I don't know how well this will aid the growing criticism because those scanners aren't in every airport yet.
I realize its still very early yet to tell either way, it just seems like this isn't enough make much of a difference.

I think what you are seeing on this board is that the majority of BUSH haters are turning into Obama haters.

no, all they have to do is make it past the angry stage, once it's common practice, it's over. People will increasingly become accustomed to them and even people who were mildly irritated will just get use to the idea as normal. We've shown that to be true at every outrage by the TSA in the past and for that matter, every outrage by the government outside the TSA.

Well if it goes from fondling to probing I'm starting a revolt!

So your argument is that sending bombs in packages instead of on the bodies of passengers is part of the conspiracy to get these scanners inside airports? Brilliant logic. Amazing.....minus the fact that Al Qaeda's inkjet toner bombs show how these scanners are pretty much pointless, thus nullifying your entire argument that they popped up to help make the case for installing them in the first place.
Regardless, you should read around the internet more. They're in the news constantly, not just when you decide to cherry pick something involving them so you can make another sweeping CT claim.
-
I don't understand what the CT is supposed to driving at though. Are you saying that you believe Al Queda and the US government is working in tandem?
If that's not where your going with this, then nothing else makes sense. Why would Al queda praise a security tactic allegedly designed to catch their agents before they can carry out attacks?
Isn't it more believeable and logical to assume that Al Queda came out this time precisely because our government is retarded, will try to pass off these idiotic and inneffective security measures as necessary (because Obama and his team of estrogen breathing twats refuse to profile anyone ever) and as a result will completely overlook what Al Quedas true plans are for the next airplane attack?
No Ct, just an intelligent and ingenious strategy that correctly factors in how mind numbingly stupid, inexperienced and pathetic Obama and his team of crooks, community organizers and lackeys are.

It's much more logical to make some gigantic CT claim out of it. Logic and reason? HA! ::)
This is all part of the far-leftist game to indemnify Islam while painting Westerners as the villains.
-
I don't see this as a CT but more likely convenient propaganda. However if you believe the guy on the video Jag posted up on the CT board, then AQ is working as a front for the military idustial complex so it fits. Lol
-
I think obama is using al quaeda to divert attention away the ecomic failures, the QE2 stuff, the election disaster, and as a way to clamp down on the public.
Its not a CT, just using some bs to mask the horrible reality obama faces.

I believe they are largely created and controlled from the start. But I'm not going to flip out on people who believe that is total crap. I'll just leave it at me having an opinion and others having theirs. If what I say makes sense, fine, if what others say makes more, fine by me. People will just have to decide. Not intending to start a battle royale here ;D

Every world leader will look to anything to divert attention away from failed policies, and to promote their agendas whatever they be. I don't see what makes Obama any different that he should be exempt or above that sort of behaviour. He is after all a politician fighting for his own re-election. :-\

Who was a massive shareholder in the scanner company until a few days ago? He sold his shares at a giant profit...who else, Soros. He sold them 2 days after the Beck special aired.

Maybe that's a question you'd best ask Obama? no?
-

Means nothing.
If I held shares in that company, I'd sell them too, ...especially with all the negative press these scanners have been receiving as of late. Besides with more and more evidence piling up that these may be a danger to the public, I would think that NOW would be the time to get rid of them. All that proves is that Soros is a savvy businessman. He knows when to get in, ...and he knows when to get out.
-
The mindless baboon who sees conspiracy theories in her sleep doesn't think its strange that the CEO of the body scanner company went to India with Obama right after the midterms and that Soros ( Obama's wealthiest backer and hero to the far left) was invested in the company and sold his shares for a huge profit?
You are the most intellectually bankrupt, dishonest and idiotic poster on this entire website. Between your equally moronic gimmick account, your constant pie in the sky fantasies about republicans, your insane CT's and your blatant refusal to use the one brain cell that you possess which still works, I don't think it's outrageous to make the claim that having an untrained hamster at your keyboard would bring a lot more value to this message board than you and your feces chucking gimmick.
