this stuff can be dangerous lol, i once (and only once) tried doing squats/deadlifts after drinking a glass full of an NO product...i literally blacked out after the second set. i stopped lifting immediately. it makes your blood pressure skyrocket and combined with heavy compound movements like squats or deads is a bad idea

I tried it once on squat day cuz a friend gave it to me. I felt ok at first, then like absolute shit. My blood pressure felt like it was very high
