Post by: Doug_Steele on November 24, 2010, 07:49:42 PM
A dog is being abused?? I just had to call the cops to help get the dog removed from the "owners" custody.  :-\ :-\ The dog never had any water or food and was always tied up all throughout the night.  >:( >:(

I did.

And was something done?

Around here, we have 'Humane Officers' which are "on call" 24/7 as part of the humane society. The police will respond to a dog in a hot car, but I don't think they will for neglect / abuse situations.

The dog has been removed.  ;) I am here in Georgia right now and i called 9/11 and just said, "Dog has no water, food and being mistreated."  >:( >:( Two cops came out and it has been removed.
