Spinning works well if you go hard.... But you should find a nice bike path or even just a road with bike lane and Ride a real bike outdoors.. More fun, more exercise

We live on the beach next to a bike path...bike got stolin last year, used to ride from my house to Newport and back (about 22mi round trip).

Damnthat sounds nice.I've been riding my bike lately for card... To the gym and in the morning before eating. We have a bike path through town that is rarely used by anyone, secluded, grass and trees on both sides of it, the whole thingis about 5 miles long I think.. The portioniride to the gyms onlyabout 2 miles. Ilove riding. Clears my mind.
