O.V. Wright - I'm going home(to live with God)
Beautiful song, and I'm not even religious.
Peace

Nearer my God to thee - Traditionally sung.
In Christ Alone - Also sung in a traditional manner.
Just two niuce traditional songs. I certainly do not want Neyo or Tupac or other tasteless crap played at mine. I am sure my family do not either.

at tbombz funeral, blast this shit :)
-
No song but it would be a touching moment if the undertaker would arrange for a period of quiet reflection followed by a knocking from inside the casket and a muffled 'For the love of God let me out! I'm still alive!!!'

Good ole irish tune, a must have. Also 4am by our lady peace.
There's a load of songs that I can't think of at the moment, mostly depressing as fuck shit. I'd pretty much terroize anyone at my funeral, but I got like atleast 50 different depressing as songs I want played.
Modest mouse bukowski.

Sergei prokofiev - dance of the knights (Romeo and juliet)
I would also like to hear this song every time I walk in to a room while negro's sift the flour with roses petals.
-
Obvious.
-
That one would be excellent for you my friend. As for me, i would go with something more depressing.
Let me know if you can find a better version of the song that is mostly strings like this without the stupid horse coconut gallop sounds.

I don't want a funeral.
I just want a bunch of people to eat my dead body.
-
And perhaps a spring loaded zombie hand during the burial. The preacher charges forward with baseball bat and beats it back into the ground before calmly finishing the eulogy.
-
...and oh, this one as final song
-

That's not what I mean, my family (were not Black, or Mexican) has parties... Good time, not as sad and disturbing. Cremation all the way...

forever autum by the moody blues, perfect stranger by deep purple, bad penny by rory gallagher, angel of death by thin lizzy, dust in the wind by kansas, and finally it's over by jimmy rogers.
