inspired by the god of hormones, this will be my training routine.
each workout will be 45-60min. high intensity and focus on working the muscle and not the ego.
monday: arms
pushdowns 2x10 (only work sets listed)
db curls 2x6-8
close grip bench press 2x6-8
db preacher curls 2x6-10
2-arm db extensions 2x6-10
hammer curls 2x6-10
tuesday: legs
leg extensions 2x15
lying leg curl 2x6-8
smith machine squats 2x8-10
straight leg deadlifts 2x6-8
leg press 2x8-10
seated leg curls 2x6-8
wednesday: OFF
thursday: chest + delts
Incline smith machine press 2x6-8
flat db press 2x6-10
low decline db flyes 2x8-10
smith machine shoulder press 2x6-8
db side raises 3x6-10
rear delts 2x8-10
friday: back + calves
pulldowns 3x6-8
t-bar rows 3x6-8
cable rows 2x6-8
back raises 2x10-15
calf raises in leg press machine 3x6-8
seated calf raises 2x10-15
sat and sunday rest
abs 4x15 roman chair crunches 2-3 times per week

gh15 says that anything that puts tension on the muscle will make you grow and that smith machine squats can be done instead of regular squats, specially if you have built a foundation with regular squats first. 8)

Not sure if gh15 even trains but most people who know him knows he gets his protein differently than most.
