WHEN:February 19, 2011
TIME:12:00 PM Judging and 7:00 PM Finals
WHERE:Santa Monica Civic Auditorium
WHO:Open to Women 18 years and older
ENTRY FEE:$50 due on or before January 28, 2011
FLEX Magazine is proud to announce the first FLEX Bikini Model Search to be held in California. The contest will be held together with the IFBB FLEX Pro Bodybuilding Championships at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium on February 19, 2011. The winner of the model search will receive $500 cash prize, $500 gift certificate from Chynna Dolls Bikinis, appear in the pages of FLEX Magazine and earn a spot in the 18-women finals at the FLEX Bikini Model Search in Las Vegas held during the Olympia Weekend on September 16 & 17, 2011.
Contestants will be judged on shape, tone, symmetry, poise and overall beauty. Contestants will be judged individually and in group comparisons.
You must be 18 years or older to enter. No experience necessary.
JUDGING CRITERIA
Body Condition & Overall Beauty - 50% of score: Judges will be looking for fit, feminine, contestants who display proper shape and symmetry combined with overall condition and beauty. This is not a bodybuilding contest, so extreme muscularity will be negatively scored.
Stage Presence & Personality - 40% of score: Contestants will be asked to walk in a bikini and high heels across the stage. It is important to mention that two-piece swimsuits are required. Thongs or G-Strings are not acceptable. No lewd acts will be allowed. Judges will be looking for the contestant with the best stage presence and poise who can successfully convey her personality to the audience.
Audience Popularity - 10% of score: The goal is to be charming and charismatic, and to incite audience participation.

Contestants need to the following:
•Two piece swimsuit
•Entry and Bio Form
•Signed Waiver
•Bikini Photo of contestant
•$50 entry fee *Please make checks payable to American Media Operations, Inc.
•Proof of Age (copy of a valid Driver’s License or Passport)
*Note: Entries must be received on or before January 28, 2011. ALL competitors need to check in on Friday, February 18, 2011 at 8:00PM at the Doubletree Guest Suites Santa Monica. There will be signs directing all athletes to a specific meeting room upon your arrival. Please make sure to bring your driver’s license or passport. All contestants must report to the back of the stage at 11:00AM on Friday, February 19, 2011 for Judging and at 6:00PM on Friday, February 19, 2011 for Finals. Failure to appear by the stated times, will result in being removed from the competition and forfeit of entry fee. We encourage you to wear your swimsuit underneath your clothes and have your hair and make-up ready by the time you arrive to the back of the stage. Please remember that no one else but you will be allowed backstage.
