Is it worth taking on the days you don't train? The label advises taking 3 tabs twice a day.

I'm starting to think any fat burner that doesn't have ephedrine or ephedra is worthless which means pretty much all of them. Cytolean v2 seemed to have some kind of "extra effect" but it made me feel strange.

For the most part I agree with you. If a pill doesn't have REAL EPHEDRA its not going to work.
Real ephedra is pretty hard to find these days.
I have switched to pre-workout powders (http://prosportnutrition.net/octane-energy-drink-side-by-side-comparison.aspx)
Though I do still have a small stash of REAL Ephedra for Days when I just need to get shit down. ( I stocked up before the ban )

I haven't used it in a few years. But, it's pretty good. Of course, from SupplementJudge.com, the biggest complaints were jitters, inability to sleep, and "red $&^#".

Wouldn't waste my money; diet properly, do CV and get some eph.
