Take off the knee wraps and do them right. I did that for a legitimate 7 when i tried. I can sit there and bounce all day with those things on.

Without his elbow wraps...more like "knee wraps" he would be lucky to get 10 reps. they make a big difference, I always wear "knee wraps" on my heaviest ego-set on squats.

1st off most people wouldn't even be able to get those 140s up off their chest for the 1st rep.
Secondly, with the way the inner edge of the DB is hitting his chest, his elbows aren't even getting close to 90 degrees. I'd say this is about the equivalent of benching half way down.

really odd movement the way he is twisting the dumbells up and down. i would think that would be really hard with that sort of weight so it makes me wonder if the dumbells are legit. but as said take off the wraps and stop the stupid twisty bouncing reps and he wouldnt get anywhere near that number.

Wraps are helping probaly more than we think. But he is still probaly good for 15 reps
ROM looks fine to me. You simply can go any deeper once you start using bigger DB's due to their width its dangerous.
I pressed 130's about a year and a half ago for inclines. Much stronger now. I would like to think I could get approx 10 reps.

How is that not legit? He's touching his chest on each rep...those things are going up with ease.

Looks absolutely fine to me. Strong fucker

I say BS. He's bending his wrist so the inside bells are touching. Look at the outside. Look how much he's actually bending his arms.
In bodybuilding you want to make an exercise as hard as it gets for results not the easiest way. If he kept the dumbbells level and touched his chest he would have another 7 plus inches onto his range of motion. I use 90 to 95lbs for my sets. Using his technique of bending the inside bell in I'm suddenly "gained" strength because now I can use 120lbs dumbbells touching my chest.

Good set IMO - made that look like nothing.
