For serious people out there...
Better to have one cheat meal a day and 4-6 good/clean
Or
One Cheat Day and 6 good days?

Drink diet soda and take a tablespoon of honey when you need the energy. No food.
You'll drop weight fast. Your compexion will glow. You'll look so healthy you won't believe it.
You're hair will become soft and lighter in color. The whites of your eyes will shine through.

if you want to look good, cheat, it's best for the head and you will diet longer this way
if you diet for a show, don't cheat you will end up looking better at the end

Makes no difference, train yo ass off wit HIIT and then you will look outstanding, not to mention that your energy level will go sky high ;D There is a price to pay to obtain an Adonis-like physique, and dat price is out right hard work!

^this.
could go a step further and on non training days do your carb up, but keep your calories the same by lessening the amount of protien your taking in. that way you can carb up, keep your calories below your ceiling and still fill out.
ideally though dependant on your time frame, like stav said dont cheat. meal after meal/ 7 times a day/ weighed and measured.

up the dosage ;D

I think it depends on your metabolism, if you have a fast metabolism I think you could benefit from the 'cheat' days as they could help with keeping size and energy levels up. If your metabolism is a bit slower then maybe just one cheat meal or just 1-2 higher carb days. It all depends on how you diet though and how you feel.

Depends on the persons metabolism, level of leanness, age etc and how lean you're trying to get down to.
