Thank you gentlemen. I was doing the best I could do.  Had a nice pad inside that hat that could be soaked with cold water and it didn't move around too much on my noodle.

 Awesome pic. A while back I rode my bike for about 60 miles through the Imperial Valley near Calexico. Those desert trips are great.

I'll level with you - I prefer to do my cardio either in a climate controlled environment or anywhere with <100 degree heat.  And I find distance runners to be a peculiar breed.

"I'm going for a run!  15 miles!"
"Ok well... have fun lol"
