Title: Power/olympic lifting in the SF bay area?
Post by: TrapsMcLats on December 05, 2010, 08:51:13 PM
I'm looking to learn the mechanics/how to perform Olympic lifts from a real coach in the SF bay area.  Can anyone recommend a gym in the bay area that specializes in this area? Thanks.

Jim Schmitz is the big guy in that area-

Physique Magnifique
387 Grand Ave
South San Francisco, CA 94080

(415) 648-7231 .

http://www.physiquemagnifique.com/ .

He trains people there and was a national Olympic team coach for many years.

Not sure about rates etc... If he can't fit you in, try posting this to the Olympic weightlifting board at www.goheavy.com .

:).
