Title: a 40 pound db in each hand, how many seated militarys can you do good form?

Just curious, why did you say "in each hand"? I mean that goes without saying.

I have actually known people who say "I bench 80 pound DBs" when they do 40x8.

Military press is done standing up so I technically could not do any.
