Title: at night heat up grapejuice on stovetop, for the perfect nuturing tonic for jing
Post by: Marty Champions on December 06, 2010, 07:49:14 PM
energy. Look up "jing", i dont have enough time to explain special tactics like learning the jin tonics. i dont have that much faith in herbs because i have not tried them yet.  eastern medicine reccomends alot of herbal tonics, but i reccomend heating up dark grapejuice over a stove top is key

i have discoverd that heating up grapejuice is the key to releasing its energy to nuture the organs and build the blood. consume in mass quantities during your workout. older people with low energy upon consuming this will feel so energized they might cry with tears of joy and have plenty of energy to workout

ill tell you another thing mister. that your body desires to be at a certain temperature, it dislikes using "resources" to alter the body chemistry to keep it at a certain temperature

when grapejuice is consumed at warm or heated it bypasses unnecessary 'jobs' that your body must utilize in order for the 'energy' to be properly transferd

Knowledge from both worlds should be combined. Talk to BlackStarRedFag about combining a warm grape juice tonic colonic for faster absorption of nutrients and ultimate cleansing power.

many teachers or god(s) could be down right hateful but must be respected to the highest level possible because we dont know who they really are or what force is guiding them

something i struggle with myself

eating a box of cliff bars almost makes me cry from the energy

i tried some herbal liver tonic years back my father advised me too of but I didn't care for it because it was so viciously bitter in flavor.

i haven't tried any herbal tonics since.

havent had a cliff in years, i just heat up tons of oatmeal with apple juice for the 'whole grain energy effect'

but there is something special about the heated grapejuice at night if you want to workout at night when nothing else seems to work at night

i dont feel like eating grains /beans at night because im so used to eating them during the day, this has what lead me to try this method

it is a treasure to have you posting here Rami , youre knowledge is priceless, i do wish middleaged master Mr. Nobody is reading this thread also my great time father Tim Westcott

yes I don't understand why more internet travelers and knowledge seekers are partisipating in discussions such as these.

they often provide access to a wealth of critical life experiences.

for example, here is a useful warning. I was once advised to a method of clearing the sinuses by grating fresh horseradish into a jar put it to your nose breed it in as deep as possible.

it just about knocked me out because of the pain and strange feeling my head wanted to involuntarily travel upwards for several minutes. it sucked.

those two videos about making your own sprouts and bread were awesome material,  really cool how that master baker has figured out such exact measurements to his sourdough bread.

i hardly see people buying bread in the stores anymore.

Try drinking hot lemonade (minus the sugar). -just a glass of hot water with a squeeze of lemon juice. Don't drink too much though, it will make you shit more and goodness knows you shit enough already. Ha, ha!

A good place to start with herbals is tea. You can buy green tea chi in bags at the supermarket. Make it with water and if you like it sweetened, use honey not sugar. Green tea is a great anti-oxident.

Didn't I read a post where you said your weight was up to about 265 lbs. now. What's with that? I know your tall but I thought you were lean.

yes im 265 to 270 at 6feet6 which is stll lean not ripped, and yes certain organs would love that tonic, we must feed specific organs because they function like the alternator or the ignition ect of a car. its not wise to pump our bodies only full of gas we need to feed it quality foods to benefit other mechanisms so they can function properly
