This person was the nephew of Sigmund Freud who brought into being the idea of using PROPAGANDA to manipulate the masses to make them do things government and businesses wanted them to do. These techniques also became ways of manipulating the populaces in general to feel one way or another be it the buying of luxury cars, to smoking, to patriotism to anything someone or some corporation desired. This technique is incredibly powerful and has expressed itself in everything from elections to public opinions
