The President signs the Claims Resolution Act of 2010, legislation that settles claims from black farmers and American Indians for unfairly denied Federal aid and unpaid royalties. December 8, 2010.

More waste fraud, abuse, and opportunity for graft, corruption, and welfare, handouts, redistribution of wealth, and repeations for people mostly likeky with little or nor relation to thge underlying suit.
