He trains lighter than Flex. Flex could throw some heavy weight, he just never had that intensity.

once again, those BFTO videos that show him training he was already like 50 already
im sure when he was younger he threw more weight around .,

Back in the days he trained with John Brown for a while. John had the build to train with heavy loads but Vince not, with several injuries as a result. Soon Vince changed his way of training and even quitted doing squats. He's a master in mind-muscle training with his strict & focused style.

That explains why his legs look the way they did.

Very wise, esp when you have small joints.
Every gym should have a sign "train your muscle, not your ego".

I think partly. Look at guys like Robby Robinson or Lee Haney, they did their squats but missed the thick sweep.

Flex commented on tearing a pec and tearing a bicep...seems like injuries make you rethink your training...look at Titus, he went from a pec tear to not training chest at all (seemingly).

Actually Vince has trained in almost 2 yrs as he screwed up his back royally and has stepped away from BBing. Listen to his interviews with PBW and RX Muscle, was bitter about how the IFBB treated him during his Masters O days, stating that the IFBB didn't even have a Sandow for him a few yrs that it was mailed to his home and how he beat Youngblood in 01. Thus his disappearance from BBing until 07 when he showed up in Australia and did the O....
Now doing motivational speaking and trying to get some ideas patented and marketed......I give him credit, guy always sounds positive...
