This video clip is from a Russian news programme.
There was an accident at a coal mine and people were accused of drinking on the job.
The interviewer is trying to see if there is any truth in the rumour, and then one of the other workers turns up unannounced. Don't need sound, unless you can speak Russian.

The officers did let them beat the shit out of him for a lil bit, almost like they either didn't want to shut down the situation...dude was a dumbfuck...over here, he would have gotten shot, and not just by the people whose cars he fucked up...
