hey, are you using this machine too and supersetting.
I replied, "No, I do shit that works." Then hammered out a beastly 4 plates on hack squats.
Everytime I see someone hopping from machine to machine, they look like nothing. Stick with 8-12 reps, one machine, quit the bullshit. ;)
