I started my cutting period at April 5th... then i started my weight management period at August 2nd and now i' am on my bulk period. I count 4 months now with only a free meal every Sunday night.
So i will eat free all day long at 25th of December and also at 1st and 2nd (my birthday) of January.

I'm making sure I have enough whey protein with me, at our cristmas dinner. And while everybody else is having dessert/icecream I'm going to give them an hour long lecture about how I have discipline and they are filthy degenerates lacking willpower.

only time ill use a "bb diet" which is like chicken,steak, whatever and eat carbs like rice,potatoes is if im alone at home
whenever i go out i eat whatever the fuck i want, do you really wanna be the retarded kid with his tupperwear or ordering a salad while everyone munches on yummy stuff ??? hell fucking no,
I have a life outside the gym ;D and so should all of you.
(p.s: i made ALOT of gains eating whatever i wanted)

id would say that the christmas time brings the best diet there is. full of protein and carbs to load up for monster workouts to happen.
offcourse you become a little fatter but who gives a shit, i much rather enjoy life than being dry and give up all that nice food and drinks.

I cant live normal with so little carbs and a lot of cardio. i would be miserable. My precontest diets were always around 130-150 carbs and 30-45 minutes of cardio..

Nah, haven't been eating very clean in the past few months anyway. Had one cheatmeal almost everyday at to be honest it makes very lil difference.

I hear ya man! Within the last year a did some "experimentation" with carb manipulation and I kept my carb grams at 40 per day, and after only 4 days in a row of following this lo-carb protocol I had blurred and double-vision. Fvck man, dat just ain't worth it! I've found that if I don't under 80 to 100 grams then I'm ok. And again, 80 to 100 grams ain't no fun, but at least I can function halfway normally, and I don't get double-vision or have hallucinations LOL! I'm thinking about giving dis 2-weeks of insanity a go after the new year, and if I do I may post some progress (or lack of there of) pics. But if I do, these pics will only be front, back, and side shots of my waist, along with the before and after measurements of it.

Wrong, Wrong, and Wrong. 3000-3500 calories is hardly tsp portions.
Oh and I saw that you couldn`t hack it as a natural and had to jump back on the roids. I knew this would happen. You can`t take the fact that you would be about 130 lbs if you cleaned your entire system out. You are as they say, a customer for life now due to the inability to cope mentally with your physical reality. Oh well, I just hope its worth it. ( I doubt that it will ever be)

there is no such thing as bodybuilgind diet,, there is prep diet that is directed at shedding 2-3 % bf but inorder to be 6-7% 220 you dont need no diet,,youll never get there with specific dry chiken diet ,,what you need is called
hgh diet,,hell if you dont eat icecream and shit you will fade away and lose bodyfat too fast

thats what i am getting at......to me a BB diet just means you eat more often....has nothing to do with the kind of food you eat...

they are nto on shit load of gh ,,they are on doses that are more comon with gym rat and more on high androgens,,never the less the typical powerlifter absilutely do not care abotu bodybuilding life style,,he care about how much he lift and thats it,,bodybuilding life style still does not allow you to eat 6 times a day in mcdonalds,,with or with out gh,,you need to be somewhat sane and knwo how to balance thing out,,when i say you can eat anything i DO NOT mean sitting in mcdonald 5 times a day ,,'

cause most powerlifters arent on BB levels of GH usage....their test usage is about the same level though.....i think people really underestimate the level of GH BB use...
and also PL are taking GH for faster recovery and quicker healing rather than massive muscle growth...if they were to up the dose to BB levels you would see PL get a lot leaner...

i mwan thsat on hgh,,if you always eat clean ,,you will erase yourself out of this world pretty fast,,hgh reduces fat with every breath you take,,sunddenly out of no where within few weeks you start seeing the line and abdominals you always were looking before when you were big and bloofy and didnt understand why they are not there,,, you see them on hgh pretty fast,,and thats while eating icecream and burgers at 2 am in the morning between fart to fart,,which tell you how matter strict diet is on gh....it doesnt
hgh give you the ability to say you eat clean whiel eating whatever you feel like as simple as that within reason
