I forgot most here don't train they come for the pics of men in thongs.How Sad. ;)

I usually train in the morning. I bring in donuts and Tim Horton's coffee and stage then on the bench press for all to enjoy. After I'm there for two hours one can't distinguish whether the white powder is chalk or powdered sugar on the bars and benches. But a good time is had by all.

I plan on seriously focusing on diet throughout the day. ;D
Probably take the dogs and go hike up the mountain, good for the heart.

I will not train on Christmas day. I am not that obsessed with bodybuilding. I also have no thoughts of becoming a pro or even entering any contests. I train for good health and to look fit. Besides, I believe the gym where I work out is closed on Christmas day. ;)

I train so much, I don't do it on Holidays, I enjoy 'em with my family.
Just so happens, SAT is a normal day off for me anyways.

there's that classic post my tom prince where he states what it takes to be a pro and he says that you can never miss a scheduled workout for like 10-15 years (except for attending the funeral of a family member) so, you're right, you gotta be hangin' n bangin' on christmas unless you don't normally train on saturdays.

I will be driving 3 hours on the highway to family. Nothing better than the empty roads on Christmas or NY's day. The world is dead on those 2 days.

Why spend time with family eating good food and relaxing, when you can drive on the empty roads, walk into a empty gym, just so you can avoid getting into a "catabolic" stage. Anyone who does this has to be one sad sack of worthless shit if you want to get in some "quality" sets at the gym on xmas day.

I think I just train more before and after christmas days. Don't have to try to cram training somewhere in there when there's easier way.

Trouble is, when I eventually do go back to the gym in January I find it overpopulated with new-year resolutionists who clog up the equipment for the whole of the month and when February comes they've disappeared as fast as they came.

I'll gurantee, the same people that were at the gym last january will be there again this january looking the same if not worse and will disappear again.
