Title: creatine in my protien?
Post by: superman.cd on December 18, 2010, 05:45:51 AM
I have cell tech creatine that cost me a butt-load and i have a weight gainer with 7 grams creatine mono in it already. Can i use my morning shake with the creatine in it and take my cell tech after workouts and cound that as my loading period? Just dont want to waste the expensive stuff loading if i don't have to. Please dont tell me i dont have to load, have already read up and decided to. P.S. Taylor Lautner is not swole and im tired of all these teenage girls thinking he is. loading periods are bullshit, but since its cell tech go ahead and do it so you can get rid of it faster......when your done with the cell tech never buy it again...

and with it being said that loading creatine is bullshit, you can "load it" anyway you want and it will not make a difference...

loading period isnt bullshit its just basic science.

you can either take a few grams per day and wait a couple weeks to reach maximum levels or you can take a dozen grams or so per day for a few days to reach maximum levels faster and then reduce to a couple grams per day to maintain.

that being said - havent used creatine in years.

Creatine loading works best for first-time users. When I first did it, I thought I'd hit the promised land: 7 lbs in one week; 12 in about less than 3 weeks.

I used EAS' old Phosphagen HP at the time. I disagree about your take on CELL-TECH. I love the stuff, although I only buy it on clearance. I had some a few months ago (got a 6.7-lb jug for around $11). Except for the Orange kind ( :-X ), it's pretty good.

So many things wrong here... I don't even know where to begin.

All Muscletech products are a rip off...there are so many better brands out there.  As far as mainstream product line I have always liked VPX and Metrx

Don't write off the whole brand. Muscletech might be cheesy, but they have a few good things (nanovapor)

I just honestly never got any great results from their brand and most people I speak with say the same...
