Title: Saturday Binge Day

Meal #1- 10 egg whites, 2 yolks scrambled... 1 wheat bagel with an ass load of peanut butter on it

About an hour later I trained chest/shoulders and tris for about 50 minutes then had

Meal #2- 1 pound Fuddruckers hamburger with blue cheese, mushrooms and a pile of fries

Meal #3- chicken fettucini alfredo

Meal #4- chicken fettucini alfredo

Meal #5- 1 slice cheesecake factory reeses peanut butter cheesecake lol

Meal #6 and #7 will most likely be whatever the wifey cooks once she gets home... Plus some ice cream for dessert...

Meal #8 will be about 50 grams of casein protein

good times... eating like this about once a week or once every 10 days helps keep me sane.

tommorow is my cheat day
im gonna have

4 eggs w oatmeal, berries, flaxseeds, and turkey bacon
2 scoops of muscle provider in oatmeal w/ peanut butter and berries
salmon w whole wheat pasta, sauce, kale w/ tomatoes
grilled chicken caesar salad w homemade dressing
some peanut butter cheesecake
vpx bar
greek yogurt w pumpkin seeds and apple
pasta and chicken w salad
some pizza
ultimate muscle shake w peanut butter and apple

Brings a tear to my eye...I eat like that almost every day... it's beautiful, esp the cheesecake factory part.

1. 7:30 - Breakfast sandwich made with Wheat English muffin, egg white, fat free cheese, Boca Sausage patty.
2. 11:30 - Sam Winter beer and 7 Buffalo wings at pub.
3. 1:30 - Bud Light, 3 Tequila shots.
4. 3:30 - 2 beers at friends house, 2 chicken wings.
5. 7 PM - 3 Tequila shots, 2 beers, Chinese Food.

Sleeping by 9:30 PM. Back on the health kick today. I like to have fun every Saturday.
