try 50 squats and 50 pushups per hour everything full range, wen doing squats come up of your toes and squeeze quads at top of each rep
dont even worry about working back, youll feel it enough after its all said n done.
you need to do this everyday to be effective and have to consume alot of good calories if you want to be able to be this hardcore
you dont want many "blocking" calories such as meat. if you have meat then consume alot of grapejuice you wont be able to push the meat down the digestive track quick enough to be excreted. with right type of fiberous foods you wont have any blockage centers in your digestive track robbing you of energy or bloated feeling wich makes u lazy.
grapejuice *
beans and macorini in cream sauce *
oats and molasses
bananas
peanutbutter
orangejuice *
cabbage and cornbread *
sweetpotato or pumpkin pie
items with * means eat most of these eliminating foods
if you do puke or get sick its most likely because you STILL EAT MEAT.... The last time i ever had meat was porkrinds and i had just started eating grapefruit, that night i was vomiting all night because the healthy and unhealthy foods seemed to be competing and made me very sick

youll find yourself having to eat fucking constantly to get the energy to keep up , but atleast theres enough rest to do otherthings to go on about your day and not be too centerd on working out

yes i can only go about 4-5 hours of it consistently and realistically .6 sets of 100 over 6hours is a good goal though ive done it before but eventually "life" gets in the way and you really have to eat alot of good things or it wont work
if you try to do this while consume caffiene /chocolate youll burn out in one or 2 days because your stimulating your way through your workouts wich only works in the short term

meat is good for looking dry and lean but not good for energy and doing shit. Meat has no fiber, and sits in your digestive track like a parasite nesting /worms ect..
a simple way to prove this theory is try one day of no meat eating with all these foods ive listed, and keep superior track of your activity then try a day with only meat

You won't get big from dat training protocol, but you could get ripped from it, as long as you keep caloric intake relatively low. FYI... BIGGER TRAINING LOADS=BIGGER MUSCLES

your contradicted yourself with these two statements
this IS bigger training wich= bigger muscles
whos asking to keep caloric intake low LOL that would be pure suicide on this routine
the only way for a natural to be "big" and "ripped" at the same time is to train big and eat big of foods that are quickly expelled out of the system. A natural cant be big and ripped by eating little, in haling air during exercise gives you no mass to work with. Eating gives you the mass to work with and to form into muscle/fat/glycogent storage and so on, so fort...
you wont have the energy if you keep calories low on this routine
the key to life is to have energy to do this sort of a routine, if you are able to do this routine you could do even more if you really had to. the key is to build yourself up to a point where you can do this routine. but most cannot , but some can like the failcan , but i dont do it everyday because i dont really need it or care about getting in that kind of shape. to me its too much work, but however it is very possible to achieve

Sorry Falcon, but what you just posted is complete and utter bullshit, although I wish to fuck dat it was true lol 100 push-ups isn't "bigger"... "bigger" would be 100 push-ups with a 200 pound dumbell placed upon yo back while doing 200 push-ups ;D 8)

They aren't effective, they are just a piss-poor form of aerobic training. P.S. My fav Falcon training protocol is the idea of standing up all day long to create massive and granite-like wheels LOL!
