Title: Boxing workout
Post by: makaveli25 on December 24, 2010, 10:30:58 AM
This is a pretty damn good workout. I've been doing it the last few days. I need a lot more breaks between sets than this guy. He is in pretty good shape. What good is a lot of muscle if you can't move it around and do functual things with it. How embarrsing would it be to get your ass kicked if you're a big 250 pound meathead by a guy a lot smaller than you and in good shape.

Falcon is a beast of massive proportions. It would be a slober knocker.

I got a good workout doing it. It's more of a cardio workout. I'm not looking to get in the ring just have good cardio. This is a good workout for begginers.

I see, for cardio I would recommend  rope jumping instead of shadowboxing .

Boxing alone is great for cardio ,hit the mitts ,heavy bag,   high intensity shadowboxing (Falcon punches ;D )...........etc.
