Wot exactly is yo theory Falcon?

That even drug addled hillbillys can get an internet connection and become an icon to a bunch of teenagers online while you talk about smelly private parts and things you find on google ... just call yourself a leader and you can find followers  :)

that many are fooling themselves with lifting weights

its debatable that eating alot and working out is good for health. but doing something is always better than nothing

falcon punches and pushups it is a kind of a rush though and helps kick start your abilities and your day


but if you dont constantly pump up or do sets throughout the day you will not be that much bigger than with half the training

if you take 2 days off but did 27 sets on the 3rd day that averages to only 9 sets to failure per day. thats not going to do much

You're wrong bro. Yeah you need to work hard to get results, and yes you need to train regularly and consistantly to keep them, but... It's not about working long or alot, you get MUCH, MUCH BETTER RESULTS WORKING HARD BUT NOT LONG. IMPROVEMENT AND PROGRESS IS THE KEY, ma man!

You're wrong! When you worked out and ate,you looked great! You were big ,strong looking ,and you were much more handsome(no Fagoooooo).. ! Now you look sickly.. But if you'd like to think ,you look better now...then keep on thinking that..

HA HA HA,,,I AGREE,,falcon hasa mind that runs 1000 miles per hour if he could only concnetrate on lifting he would be bigger such in the past,,but he did cociane for awhile and stopped coming to getbig then after rehab he goes on the vegetratian diet because its WHOLESOME since he polluted his body with cociane and believes meat is a durg like cociane,,,poor fella good genetics poor mind though
