I've been trying to eat healthier, but the whole chicken breast and potato with veggies thing is kinda not working. Any suggestions on quick healthy meals?

2 cans of tuna. swallow whole with water. Dry oats in a shaker.

1 scoop whey, few oz egg whites, water, little squirt chocolate syrup, 1 tbsp almond butter.
For real food, Greek yogurt with granola or piece of fruit. Good for fast meal.

I'm following it. So far I've lost 4.6 lbs my first week, 3.4 my second. Gotta scale it back a little! :o

Also my main meal is pretty quick if you cook the chicken in a big batch beforehand:
.5 lbs chicken torn up and mixed with 1 bag uncle bens boil in bag brown rice, a tablespoon of olive oil and a bunch of fresh cut salsa.
Tastes good too!
Other than that, egg whites, milk and olive oil all in a shaker is a nice quick meal.
Or frozen banana, whey, milk, almond butter, maybe some olive oil all blended up.
