Does his appearance have anything to do with drugs or are his large hands and head natural?
If it's the drugs did he abuse them more than anyone else to cause those side effects?

Its called a bell curve.

Well I think he's juiced.. but his neanderthal like head and facial appearance is probably just natural. Would need to see pics of him right around puberty to see if there is a dramatic difference. He reminds me a little like Dexter, but bigger and more apelike, and with sausages for fingers. Usually natural acromegalia results in great height, and Denis is not tall so it might not be a natural GH thing, Just high test levels as a youth. A thick head and heavy brow are signs of early exposure to testosterone around puberty.
