Title: Diet plan to get your Son/Daughter to be a Athlete

When i have baby that is and want him to be jacked so i was thinking about nutrition for baby i made up meal plan for baby's first week it goes like like this:

9 am - baby eats protein shake and 3 chicken breast

10:30 Baby Trains

12 noon - baby eat three chicken breast and also one cup spinach

Sleep

3 pm - baby eat three serving peanut butter and also protein shake

Sleep More

6 pm - baby drink 4 cup whole milk eat 4 cups pine nuts

Mother gives him a massage

9 pm - baby take creatine supplement baby eat large salad baby eat two chicken Brest

Baby trains again

12 midnight - baby drink muscle milk shake before go to bed

Solid meal plan Doug.  As Cal said, need some d-bol mixed in there somewhere.
