It really irks me the guy claims no human can turn pro naturally so I am setting out to prove him wrong. I have a lot of experience under my belt bbing wise, have been training since I was 14. I recently turned 30. I have taken about 4 years off total for varying reasons notably and recently school. I have my A.S. and am going for B.S.N. Anyway, I am just now getting back into working out after a dismal 2010. I am weighing currently about 202-208 range depending on water and bodyfat is around 10-12%. I carry a little extra weight (fat) on my legs and lower back. Dnp helped take care of that last summer though.
I have been maintaining my weight and muscle mass on a shit diet with no training, I believe I have the rare genetic package that could carry me all the way IF I can stay 100% dedicated to my diet and training. My best stats were a bodyweight high of 230 naturally when i was 22 and 253 on gear, I never cycled much. I would run things here and there but for whatever reason I never ran a respectable cycle. I got on the hype train with tren last year and it made me fat and with this horrid gyno, for the last 3 months I have been totally clean and the gyno is gone thanks in part to 20mgs ED of nolva.
My idea is a simple one- lean out first, I am shooting for legit 190lbs at around 7% by end of Jan and then use all of Feb March April to bulk while lean and then fine tune and compete at the Contra Costa. Even at 253lbs I had a 31 inch waist, it is about 29-30 inches right now. I have extremely wide shoulders great legs and my back has always been my strongest bodypart. I should be able to bring my waist down to 28 inches when i compete for sure at an onstage weight of about 220 at 5ft9. All clean, all numbers gh15 swears are impossible. Friends I am here to tell you it IS possible to do! And I will fucking do it, mark my words. More to come.

Yes and no. I trained totally natural for 8 years completely dedicated, the muscle I carry now is that base. I do not carry any bulk from the gear I have taken. Nothing really worked well for me, I fucking got FAT on tren for fucks sake. I won't say I am lifetime natty but I am certainly not some juicehead who is trying to compete between cycles or something.

I spent a lot of money doing shows...and for what? So I could place 4th in my last show...one spot away from getting......wait for it......$200?? Spend your money on something more worthwhile....buy some equipment for your house....take a lady to dinner.....etc.

I should have been more clear- I meant I have taken about 4 years off in total over the 14 I have been training. If I say I have been training 14 years straight that is a lie and I do not look as good as I should. I won't fluff myself up, I look ok pretty soft but base is there. I can see my abs, upper body has some definition quads are soft but I have a good split between hams/quads from the side. Calves are great as always (haven't trained them in at least 6 years).
I am poor meaning I have no income but student loans and grants. I can afford to eat very well actually. It's finding the time to train that I have a hard time with. I have an 18 unit semester coming up and just finished one. Wasn't fun.
I am not claiming to be Ronnie Coleman but my genetics are pretty damn good- wide shoulders small waist big calves and arms, back best bodypart etc. I have the tools, I have just been lazy as fuck. I believe I can definitely make something happen but I need something behind me, this thread should be a good kick in the ass.
The dnp I ran low dose 250mgs a day for 10 days, thats nothing. Anyone who claims this has "fried my brain stem" does not understand dnp nor simple human physiology. Try reading, it might help.

Also I will use some supps but only the two that work for me- regular old creatine mono and protein. Not sure what powder yet, I bloat on most wheys. Some type of isolate if I can afford it. Nothing else though. I do not believe in supps to be honest. Food is where it's at.

I know if I train for myself I will get lazy and fall off again, hopefully this will keep me consistent. You are probably right. I have an unnaturally small waist, it looks odd. You will see. I have not measured it but for reference I need a belt to wear 34 32 jeans. They slide off (quickly) without a belt. I am guessing about 30 inches, maybe 31 at most (depending on water). Could be 29 depleted. Not sure it will get that much smaller when I diet down as I am not that fat and I carry most of my flab on my chest thighs and lower back area.

I do know what bodyweight I can hit and at around what bodyfat, day of the show would I weigh 220? I hope so! But the odds are against me. Whatever.
Point is I am doing this for me and also because I am SICK AND FUCKING TIRED of hearing "you can't do anything without drugs". It has really gotten old to me. I might be old school, but I believe hard training sound diet and rest are the keys to success, what it's all about. The sport has gotten muddled over the years and I for one do NOT believe you cannot build a killer body (one worth of winning bodybuilding shows even) without steroids GH and insulin.
That and I need some solid goals this year, I have a feeling 2011 is going to be a big year not just for me but in general. It feels like a good time, I am doing this as a hobby and a positive one at that.
More to come, pics journal etc. I may be busy with school as winter intersession starts tomorrow but I will keep this thing going. Going to hit back right now, will weigh myself (probably 208 if I had to guess from all the garbage I ate over the holidays) when I workout.

I gotta admit dat he's got a damn good plan in mind ie getting lean 1st, and then focusing on gaining lean muscle after achieving a lean base. In fact, I'm gonna do the same damn thing, but I'm only praying dat I can fulfill Gods decree for a lifetime natural of my height, which is 5'11" 165 to 170 @ 5-6% and unlike mike here, I will be very lucky to have a 28.5 inch waist ;D

Yeah you know, today's pro cards are easy to get, you don't need much gear, some gifted ones do it naturally and they only train 1-2 times in 4 weeks. ::) ::)

Today went well, did an hour of cardio at 6am went to school got home at 5:20 ate some chicken rice cabbage (red cabbage) sharp cheddar cheese and tons of baby spinach. Was real tasty. All day eating brown rice with turkey (exactly 1/2 cup brown rice total, about 8 9 oz of turkey or so). Breakfast was super good 3 eggs 1 spicy sausage 3oz pepper jack cheese cooked in olive oil. I feel good, mentally exhausted though. Heading out now, fuck I am a lazy bastard. Consistency is the biggest thing I need to fix.
I will take pictures I just don't have the inclination. In case you haven't seen me I am ghostly white, if I don't take pics from directly overhead lighting I do not look good at all. So somewhat limited as to where I feel comfortable getting pictures taken. And keep in mind I am on a mountain bike here and I train alone, you can be sure I am not asking random dudes at my gym to take pics of me with my pants pulled down, just for the sake of some curious getbiggers. I will get them up, hopefully buddy will take some this weekend (he competes so it is not nearly as awkward). OH and I will weigh myself today, I am guessing I sit around 208 right now. HOPEFULLY less though. 202 would be great.

All day eating brown rice with turkey (exactly 1/2 cup brown rice total, about 8 9 oz of turkey or so). Breakfast was super good 3 eggs 1 spicy sausage 3oz pepper jack cheese cooked in olive oil. I feel good, mentally exhausted though. Heading out now, fuck I am a lazy bastard. Consistency is the biggest thing I need to fix.
I will take pictures I just don't have the inclination. In case you haven't seen me I am ghostly white, if I don't take pics from directly overhead lighting I do not look good at all. So somewhat limited as to where I feel comfortable getting pictures taken. And keep in mind I am on a mountain bike here and I train alone, you can be sure I am not asking random dudes at my gym to take pics of me with my pants pulled down, just for the sake of some curious getbiggers. I will get them up, hopefully buddy will take some this weekend (he competes so it is not nearly as awkward). OH and I will weigh myself today, I am guessing I sit around 208 right now. HOPEFULLY less though. 202 would be great.

Yes and no. I trained totally natural for 8 years completely dedicated, the muscle I carry now is that base. I do not carry any bulk from the gear I have taken. Nothing really worked well for me, I fucking got FAT on tren for fucks sake. I won't say I am lifetime natty but I am certainly not some juicehead who is trying to compete between cycles or something.

This is a good pic so you can see my frame, not much else though. At this point I was clean and doing almost 3 hours of cardio a day to lean out before I saw my father. He is ill with a bad heart, doing ok right now though.

You haven't seen me with actual muscle yet. Also my back overshadows my calves by a very large margin. ALL I want is to win the amateur class at the contra costa this year clean and I will re-consider bodybuilding as a hobby or possibly a way to make money. I do love it, I have been bbing since I was 14, but it's tough to make money at. If you aren't a genetic elite there is no point in taking mass amounts of drugs and killing yourself. IF I have the potential to go all the way I will certainly know it. Do you think Phil Heath would have struggled to win a local show clean? No fucking way. So, if I struggle then bbing is not in the cards and I can put it behind me. I am graduating from college either way, but if it looks like I have real bbing potential I am going to put more energy into it.

Oh and I weighed in at exactly 201.5 on thursday after a workout. Feeling great! Fantastic really, very very happy to weigh 201. I was worried after the layoff and christmas binging I was back around 212 range, 201 is fantastic. Tells me I can get down to 185 by end of Jan when I start my bulking diet. Everything is working right now, have a lot to be thankful for.

Not worried if I don't. In fact, it will be a relief of sorts. I have a lot of inner confidence in my capabilities and the desire to turn pro just will not die! I am thinking because I never really tried I do not really know. Once I compete I will be able to prove to myself one way or the other, either it was meant to be or it wasn't.

I grow fast. So, plan is diet down to 185 by end of Jan while I re-build my body (have some imbalances and strength wayyyyy down as is my endurance) then hit it HARD feb march then diet as needed in april till show. I like to diet before I bulk, makes the body more anabolic. I read Bill Philips abcde (or whatever it's called) diet years ago and I agree with the principal.
I am doing 1-2 hours cardio daily right now (just walking) will be adding sprints this week. Diet is carb cycle, 4 days at 80 grams 1 day at 150 then 50 then anything I want on saturday. Back to 80 sunday. So sun mon tues weds 80, thurs 150, fri 50 sat anything etc. Protein is moderate around 180-200 grams per day, fats are moderate as well. Bulk diet same thing but triple carbs and add 50-75 grams protein per day. And add creatine mono.

I wouldn't add the sprints if I was you. I've had MUCH BETTER fat loss results from doing 30 min of moderate level of effort aerobic training than I got from HIIT. When I say moderate, I mean barely being able to carry on a converstation. Plus, this moderate level of effort doesn't cut into your recovery ability as much as HIIT does.

Ok. For the moment I am walking empty stomach in the morning and on off training days I do another 30-40 min at night. But only the morning session on lifting days. I feel some pressure to hit my goal of 185 in about 20 days but it's very doable for me. I suspect today I am down to 199-200ish.

Hmm it varies. I get my ass outta bed and on the street with my other dog Moose (also a border collie- Gizelle's father in fact) and we go. I would say at times I can barely talk at others little slower. Depends on energy. Starting tomorrow adding ECA and YES on abs/chest so that combo should def kick the cardio into high gear. Feeling great-fantastic really. TIME TO GET IT

I didn't read the whole thread but if that's your pup, you shouldn't allow her to chew on any shoe because you may end up losing some you didn't intend for her to have.

Even the amateur level at the Contra Costa is insane. This is one of the biggest and prestigious "amateur" shows around the bay. The lineup can be incredible.

Is that guy in the pic above you? If so, you look pretty thick and strong there...and I wouldn't worry about turning pro clean, but if you can make some solid gains while being off, that's great. I feel I was able to look pretty good off gear too. In fact, a lot of people think I'm still on, and I haven't touched anything in many years. See how far you can go clean..and then if you cycle again one day, you'll really blow up.
