I'd put my money on Fedor also. Werdum got lucky against Fedor imo.

Overeem has been looking real good lately though.

don't know just got it from another board.

Fedor: "I`ve trained really hard from a moment I fought last time and I can`t wait for a moment when I can be back to the cage. Strikeforce has best fighters in the world and now I have opportunity to meet them in a torney format"

Oh, I wish Werdum beats Overeem just so that Fedor can demolish him in a rematch. I am not a big Fedor fan, but what happened in the Fedor vs Werdum fight was a complete fluck.

  Fedor
  Barnett
  Overeem
  Arlovski
  Kharanitov

Yep, it is official: Strikeforce has the best heavyweight division in the World hands down. Fedor, Overeem and Barnett are much more well-rounded and experienced than all UFC heavyweights except for Nogueira who is way past his prime. Velasquez is very well-rounded, but he does not have the experience and isn't as tested as the top three Strikeforce heavyweights. And Werdum might not be as experienced in MMA, but he is the most talented grappler in MMA hands down. The guy is fifth degree black-belt in BJJ and a World champion. The UFC made a big mistake cutting him.

They never cut Werdum he fucked off under his own willpower. ZUFFA wanted to cut his earnings in half and Werdum wanted more $$ couldnt come to and agreement ect ect and he left. Dana White new he was a danger to the "unstoppable monster" in Brock Lesnar, so shoved him out. The unmarketable, non english speaking immigrant.

Yeah its a shame the UFC is more interested in making $$$ then keeping the purity of the competition.

Yeah, several fiighters left the UFC due to Dana's greed and the inconsiderate way he treats fghters.

And yes, if Werdum submitted Fedor there is no question he could do the same to Lesnar. Fedor's submission defenses are vastly superior to Lesnar's since the former is a World sambo champion, and that didn't stop Werdum from catching Fedor in a triangle, so he would do even worst and faster to Lesnar.
