nah I think it's in Malaysia.. I can see the Indian worker, Muslim woman and a Chinese woman who knows the cameraman.. And the meltdown punk is either from Pakistan or somewhere in the middle eastern country..

Halal meat - meat approved by Islam to be eaten. Must be not pork and the animal must be let to bleed out before you eat it so you don't eat its blood.

so "not halal" means it's not ok for muslims to eat there. probably using pork fat to fry the chicken or something.
