you read it right.....straps always get in my way, and make shit harder...plus i don't need straps anyway because i have a really, really strong grip, and beefy hands...

After my work sets before I dropped back to 405 and done an easy easy 10. I reckon I could do 20 if I really pushed it and got conditioned to the weight and reps

I'm the same way.. If you're not use to them they just hinder you. They make the bar a bit thicker as well making it harder to hold especially if you have smaller hands.

i know it may seem like a lot to you twink, but its really not that much weight for a normal person to do very much achievable if you eat oatmeal, potatoes and red meat every day

strange but im exactly the same, just cant get away with straps in deadlifts, totaly fucks the movement up for me....

I always fucked up using straps and not being able to wrap them properly so I just stopped using them on shrugs. never used them for deads. Have big hands and a strong grip
